Since Christmas, three more companies have taken up the opportunity of serviced offices at Missenden Abbey, the Buckinghamshire venue. There are now a total of six organisations renting space at the Abbey. “All the companies all have commented how basing their businesses in a customer-focused environment has helped their business,” said Missenden Abbey’s CEO Steven Crawford: “They also say that their visitors all comment on the ‘wow’ factor of the building.”
The residential venue has recently introduced flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, and has been awarded the Chiltern District Council Gold Award for its high standard of Food Safety for the third consecutive year.

Maybe because serviced offices are generally able to offer more flexible rental terms, as opposed to a conventional leased office which may require furnishing, equipment, and more restrictive leases that's why most of the companies today do want their business to be in a serviced office.
