Wyboston Lakes has introduced an enhanced, state of the art online booking option for conference and training organisers. The new, easy-to-use process is available for all day-based events up to and including 20 delegates. Two of the group’s three venues, Robinson Executive Conference Centre and the Waterfront Conference Centre, are members of Conference Centres of Excellence.
The venue has been a pioneer of the development of online booking, to help handle the demands created by the fact that it is the UK’s largest privately owned dedicated conference and training centre, with more than 70 conference and seminar rooms, and in excess of 400 bedrooms. “More than ever, it’s as much in our interests as our customers that relatively small events – of which we host hundreds every year - can be booked simply and without unnecessary processes or dialogue,” said Sales and Marketing Director Clive Bache.
The most important feature of the new, enhanced system is that it is dynamic, always reflecting the very latest available delegates’ rates with complete accuracy. The system automatically loads those rates as soon as they are established, so that they are instantly available to online bookers.
