Commis Chef Chris Pinner at Ashridge has achieved a Gold Medal at Hotelympia, one of Europe’s largest live cooking competitions, held at London’s EXCEL. He competed in the Villeroy & Boch Culinary Challenge. Judged against a set of strict criteria, meals must be prepared, cooked and presented within a time-frame of only 30 minutes.
