In its latest three-yearly Investors in People (IiP) assessment, The Beardmore, which first gained accreditation in 1996, not only confirmed its status, but attained silver for meeting additional standards. The nationally recognised standard is used by more than 4,000 organisations in Scotland. The IiP assessor was on-site for three days, speaking to a randomly selected group of staff.
