Henley Business School increases score to 81%

Henley Business School has increased their score with Hospitality Assured to 81% which keeps them in the top 3 scores in the UK.
The Assessor wrote - this represents a further improvement on the high score achieved in the last assessment and is pleased to recommend that Henley Business School Hotel and Estates Services continues to be accredited to the Hospitality Assured Standard for Service and Business Excellence. The assessor would like to thank all those involved in the assessment for their preparation, openness and co-operation.
